Itinerary


Day 1 - Arrival in Tbilisi - Tbilisi Tour: Cable cars - Mother of Georgia statue - Narikala Fortress - Peace Bridge - Sulfur Baths - Leghvtakhevi Waterfall - Rustaveli Avenue - Freedom Square - Night in Tbilisi


Upon arriving in Tbilisi, you'll feel welcomed by the lively atmosphere. After settling in, your tour begins with a visit to the city's famous spots. First, we will walk across the modern Peace Bridge, connecting different parts of the city. After that, we will use a cable car for a thrilling ride with great views of Tbilisi. Then, check out the impressive Mother of Georgia statue, standing tall on Sololaki Hill. It represents the strength of the Georgian people

Next we will explore Narikala Fortress, an ancient castle with amazing views of Old Town Tbilisi. After the walk, we will reach the sulfur baths district where you can take amazing pictures. Then we will get to Leghvtakhevi waterfall in the heart of Tbilisi.


Our next destination will be Rustaveli Avenue, a busy street filled with shops and cafes. Here we will see the Parliament of Georgia, the Opera house, and other significant sightseeing. Finally, we will reach Freedom Square, which is an important spot symbolizing Georgia's fight for freedom.




Day 2 - Historical Georgia Tour: Chronicles of Georgia Statue - Walk in ancient capital Mtskheta - Lunch at Traditional Georgian Restaurant - Jvari Monastery - Uplistsikhe cave town - Ancient Cellar with Wine Tasting - Night in Borjomi

We'll continue our exploration with the Chronicles of Georgia Statue, huge stone statues delving us into historical significance. Following that we will drive to the ancient capital, Mtskheta, town which offers a deep dive into its rich history. Svetitskhovli Cathedral in Mtskheta - the most important Christian monument in the history of Georgia will be our next destination. Around the cathedral we can walk in the old cobblestone streets and browse handmade markets. Here we can visit traditional restaurant for lunch and taste Georgian dishes.

Then we will drive to Jvari Monastery, located on the hill. From here we can see an amazing panoramic view of the Kura and Aragvi rivers merging.


Our journey continues to the Uplistsikhe cave town, an intriguing site representing an ancient rock-hewn settlement. Here we will visit ancient wine cellar, taste Georgian wine and learn more about winemaking culture of Georgia.



Day 3 - Nature of Georgia Tour: Borjomi Central Park - Green Monastery - Wooden Temple of Saint Sarov - Jeep tour in Borjomi Forests (Optional) - Borjomi Warm Pools - Night in Akhaltsikhe

Our tour in Georgia will continue at Borjomi Central Park, surrounded by lush greenery and natural beauty. Then we will explore the serene Green Monastery and the charming Wooden Temple of St. Sarov, soaking in their historical significance. Borjomi Forests are well known with its greenery and beautiful scenery. Here we have opportunity to rent jeeps and go deep to the green forests, exploring small rivers and waterfall. Afterward, we will unwind at the Borjomi Pools before heading to Akhaltsikhe for a night.




Day 4 - Vardzia – Khertvisi Castle - Paravani Lake – Tsalka Canyon's Diamond Bridge - Didgori Monument - Tbilisi

After the breakfast we will visit Vardzia, a remarkable cave monastery carved into the cliffsides of the Erusheti Mountain. As you wander through the labyrinthine passages and marvel at the intricately carved rooms and chapels, you'll gain insight into Georgia's rich history and religious heritage.

From Vardzia, our journey in Georgia will continue to Khertvisi Castle, one of the oldest fortresses in Georgia. Perched atop a rocky outcrop overlooking the Mtkvari River, this imposing fortress has stood sentinel for centuries, guarding the strategic crossroads of the region.

Next, we will visit Paravani Lake, a serene expanse of water nestled amidst the rugged landscapes of southern Georgia. Surrounded by rolling hills and pristine wilderness, it's a perfect spot for a leisurely stroll or a picnic lunch.

Continuing on, we will traverse Tsalka Canyon's Diamond Bridge. As we cross this iconic bridge, we will be treated to views of the canyon and forests that line its walls.


Then we will visit Didgori Monument, a poignant reminder of Georgia's resilience and courage in the face of adversity.

Finally, we will return to Tbilisi
